We're looking for a Site Manager to lead the Natural Fitness Food operation within one of our clubs. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader who enjoys developing people, delivering exceptional service and driving commercial success.
About the role
Working closely with the General Manager and wider club leadership team, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of Natural Fitness Food within the club.
You'll lead and develop your team, build strong relationships with members and colleagues, and ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience. You'll also play an important role in growing sales, promoting new products and making Natural Fitness Food a key part of the Third Space member experience.
What you'll do
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Recruit, train and support team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Create a positive culture where people feel engaged, supported and proud of what they do.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety, health and safety, hygiene and customer service.
- Drive sales and maximise commercial opportunities through product knowledge and team engagement.
- Promote new products and initiatives to members and guests.
- Build strong relationships with members and create memorable customer experiences.
- Work closely with the club leadership team to support the wider member experience.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service.
- Lead by example and act as a role model for your team every day.
About you
You'll be someone who enjoys leading people, building relationships and creating great customer experiences. You'll also have:
- Experience leading or supervising a team.
- A passion for hospitality, food, retail or customer service.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- A positive and proactive approach to problem solving.
- A genuine desire to help people grow and succeed.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards would be beneficial.
