The Opportunity
As General Manager, you'll lead a significant and complex business, taking full responsibility for member experience, commercial performance, operational excellence and team engagement.

What you'll do
Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience
- Champion a culture where member experience is at the heart of every decision.

- Ensure consistently high levels of member satisfaction, loyalty and engagement.
Lead High-Performing Teams
- Recruit, develop and retain exceptional talent.
- Build a culture of accountability, trust and continuous improvement.
- Coach and develop future leaders while creating opportunities for individuals to grow their careers.
Drive Commercial Success
- Own the club P&L and deliver sustainable commercial performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Use insight, data and sound judgement to make informed business decisions.
Deliver Operational Excellence
- Ensure the club operates to the highest standards of safety, compliance, presentation and service.
- Continuously review and improve processes to enhance both member and team experiences.
- Protect and elevate the Third Space brand through operational discipline and attention to detail.
Contribute Beyond Your Club
- Collaborate with peers and central teams to share best practice.
- Support business-wide initiatives and strategic projects.
- Play an active role in shaping the future growth and success of Third Space.
About you
You'll be an experienced operational leader with a proven track record of delivering results through people.
You know how to balance commercial performance with exceptional customer experiences and understand that culture, leadership and standards are the foundations of long-term success.
You'll bring:
- Significant leadership experience within hospitality, leisure, wellness, retail, luxury service or other customer-focused environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and business performance.
- A track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.
- The ability to influence, inspire and build credibility with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A passion for developing people and creating high-performing cultures.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving and communication skills.
- The energy, resilience and ambition to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business.
