What you'll get

What we're looking for
- Passion, enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering five-star customer service.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure as the first point of contact for our demanding members.
- Flexibility to work early and late shifts (05:00-23:00), including some weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong level of written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a team player.
