We're looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our Natural Fitness Food operation within the club. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, delivering outstanding customer service and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with the Site Manager, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional experiences for members while helping the team perform at its best.
What you'll do
- Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the Natural Fitness Food operation.
- Lead by example and help create a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help team members do the same.
- Support the team in achieving sales and service targets.
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders and ensure products are always available for members.
- Maintain high standards across customer areas, stock rooms, fridges and freezers.
- Support with team training, coaching and onboarding of new starters.
- Address performance issues when required and help team members improve and develop.
- Take ownership of operational tasks and help ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Step in and support the team wherever needed to maintain outstanding service standards.
About you
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in high standards and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
You'll also have:
- Experience working in food retail, hospitality or a customer-facing environment.
- Experience supervising, coaching or supporting a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Confidence managing performance and having difficult conversations when needed.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A flexible and proactive approach to work.
- The ability to stay positive and professional in a busy environment.
