What you'll do
- Build meaningful relationships with prospective members and deliver a personalised sales experience.
- Conduct exceptional club tours that showcase the full Third Space experience.
- Drive membership growth through outreach, events, local networking and lead generation activities.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through a consultative, member-focused approach.
- Understand individual goals and recommend the most appropriate membership solution.
- Promote the wider Third Space offering, including Personal Training, Group Exercise, Spa, Medical and Natural Fitness Food services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the club to create a seamless member experience.
- Bring energy, enthusiasm and professionalism to every interaction.
